John F.
Hensler
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Since 2003, Mr. Hensler has served as RDC's Chief Financial Officer.
As such, he is responsible for obtaining debt and equity financing
for both domestic and international transactions.
Mr. Hensler is also a Vice President of The Hawthorne Group,
a private investment and management company which invests through
affiliates primarily in media and communication companies. The
Hawthorne Group, through its affiliates, has had interests in cable,
real estate, soft drink bottling and investments in venture capital
and professionally managed portfolios. His responsibilities include
finance, tax, administration and investment management.
Mr. Hensler received his B.S. Degree in Business
Administration from Duquesne University. He is a certified public
accountant and a member of both the American and Pennsylvania
Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a CFA
charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Pittsburgh
Society of Financial Analysts.
